Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A justification for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. This procurement is for providing specialized turnkey solution developed for the Naval Hospital, Lemoore, CA, incidental to ongoing competitively awarded task order work. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
