The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 5078; small business standard is 100 employees. This acquisition has been 100%set aside for small businesses. The following provisions and clauses are incorporated and shall remain in full force in any resultant purchase order; FAR Part 52.212-1; Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items is incorporated by reference. The provision at 52.212-2; Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to the solicitation. Award will be made based on low-price/technically acceptable offeror. The government reserves the right to make award on the initial quote received without discussions.
