A contract for these training courses will be awarded to one or more Microsoft Certified Technical Education Centers (CTEC) who can provide courses listed on the Microsoft Web Site using Microsoft Corporation instructors. Contractor shall be certified by Microsoft Corporation as an CTEC. All training shall be held in Parkersburg, West Virginia. The contract(s) will be for a base period of one year with four option periods of one year each.
