This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14. The solicitation and award will be UNRESTRICTED and the SIC is 7515. Line item 00001, Qty _ 60, Unit of issue _ Ea. Lease four (4) door compact vehicles to include unlimited mileage and a full tank of gasoline upon delivery. Vehicles must be conservative in color, i.e. white, gray, blue, green, brown (solid color preferred). _The Government is leasing operable equipment (vehicles). Should the vehicle(s) require repair or replacement, it becomes the contractor_s responsibility to repair at no additional cost to the Government._ The vehicles shall be returned with a full tank of gasoline. The Government and contractor shall comply with all applicable State and local laws and regulations. Delivery date and time is 27 Feb 2000 @ 0800 and pickup date and time is 10 Mar 2000 after 1600.
