contractors within the New England Region, limited to the following
states: Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island,
Vermont. Provide materials and services necessary for the Renovation to
Satterlee Hall, U. S. Coast Guard Academy, New London, CT. All work
shall be accomplished in accordance with Specification No. 60-L6002 and
Drawing No. 60-L6002 (Sheets 1 _ 88). All work shall be completed
within 449 calendar days after Award. Plans (half-size),
