Solicitation will issue on or about 22 February 2000 with bid opening on or about 22 March 2000. The terms of the contract will consist of a Base Bid of 50 Relief Wells to be identified for cleaning and 5 Options for additional Wells, for an estimated total of 80 Relief Wells. The solicitation will be placed on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) and will be provided free of charge. Solicitations will not be provided in a paper hard copy format. Notification of amendments shall be made through either 3.5" diskette, CD-ROM, and/or the Internet. The Government intends to issue this solicitation through the use of CD-ROM and the Internet. However, the Government reserves the right to use only the Internet as notification of any changes to this solicitation. It is therefore the Contractor's responsibility to check the following address daily for any posted changes to this solicitation.
