The vessel will be "at anchor" 90% of the days. Minimum requirements: 1.) Available 6-1-00 thru 8-14-00 2.) Exclusive use of the vessel(s) 3.) Cruise speed of 8 kts. 4.) Prepared food and lodging for 6 surveyors 5.) Compliance with all Federal, State, and Local rules and regulations 6.) Provide daily transport to and from the mainland from the vessel(s) 7.)
