Humphrey, Contract Specialist, 252-466-2895, or Anna O'Brien, Procurement Assistant, 252-466-2845/Fax 252-466-3571 The Naval Aviation Depot, MCAS, Cherry Point, NC has a requirement for the repair/coating of Nozzles and blades which is to be performed in accordance with NAVAIR 02-1-20; DCP No. 1 and 2 dated 93 Oct 11 and NAVAIR 02B-105AJB-6=2; WP 01400 and 01600 dated 31 Aug 93. The offeror must provide proof of GE certification for CODEP B and B1 Coatings. The period of performance is 15 May 2000 through 14 May 2001 with provisions for two (2) twelve-month option periods. The Government will ship the repairable blades and nozzles to the contractor's facility for repair and the contract will be required to return the items FOB Destination, Cherry Point, NC after the blades and nozzles have been repaired. The estimated quantity for the base period is as follows: seven hundred twenty (720) first stage turbine nozzles, part number 5009T40; Five hundred twenty eight (528) second stage turbine nozzles, part number 6041T55; four thousand eight hundred seventy five (4875) second stage nozzles, part number 6004T75; three thousand eighty one second stage turbine nozzles, part number 6051T26; four hundred fifty seven (457) first stage turbine blades, part number 6051T72; and three hundred twenty two (322) second stage turbine blades, part number 6029T82 Provide Cage Code, Dun & Bradstreet Number, and Tax Payer's Identification Number.
