Contractor shall furnish duplication of AFRTS television programming on 8mm videotape recorded on Hi-8mm videocassette recorders for distribution to outlets of the Armed Forces Radio and Television Service (AFRTS>) This will be an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract. Contractor will duplicate master material from the rights holder of television programming and will be responsible for the security and safeguarding of this material. Estimated annual workload is 6,240 videocassettes, each 120 minutes in length. Offerors have the option on bidding on providing duplicated material on all new 8mm videocassettes, or a combination of new videocassettes and government-provided used videocassettes, as set forth in the contract schedule of supplies and services.
