This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). Immigration & Naturalization Service (INS) requires hotel accommodations in the Washington, DC area for training during April 24-27, 2000. Specific accommodations include fifty(50) hotel rooms; one (1) training room to include visual aids such as easels(2), TV/VCR and overhead projector. The training room must accommodate fifty(50) or more persons. It's requested that the hotel be near a Metro rail service for travel conveniences. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 7011. This solicitation document and its incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-15.
