If the planting area is accessible, there will be a pre-bid meeting on March 6, 2000 at 10:00 a.m. at the Hot Springs Ranger District office. Directions to the ranger district office from Highway 99, take the Ducor exit at Earlimart. This is Road J22. Stay on this road and go east about 40 miles to California Hot Springs.
