US Navy will conduct an International Naval Review in New York Harbor
from 2 July to 9 July 2000. This review will involve approximately 15
US Navy ships and 20 foreign naval ships. In conjunction with this
event, the Navy requires trucks to remove CHT from ships docked at the
Military Ocean Terminal Bayonne, NJ. Our department no longer issues
solicitations or amendments in paper form. Instead, they may be
