needs to have an experienced, knowledgeable security contractor to
provide maintenance services twice a year for the SEC Closed Circuit
Television (CCTV) security cameras, controls, monitors, headend
devices, and recording systems, and all components associated with
those systems (hereafter referred to as "security camera system")
located at the Judiciary Plaza building (450 5th Street, Washington,
DC), the SEC Operations Center (6432 General Green Way, Alexandria,
VA), and the Annex (6441D General Green Way, Alexandria, VA). The
contractor will also be required to provide periodic ad hoc emergency
services on an as needed basis. Since the vast majority of the security
camera system equipment is manufactured by Vicon, the successful
contractor shall be a certified Vicon representative. The technicians
who will perform the actual maintenance shall be Vicon trained and
certified. The contract will be for a base period of 12 months from the
date of award with four option years. Requests for the RFQ must be in
