The Research and Development (R&D) Forum of the Western Regional Air Partnership (WRAP) has the responsibility to advise the WRAP on technical issues and, if necessary, recommend avenues of research to address these issues. The R&D Forum is seeking assistance in overseeing a review of available literature and computation methods for the purposes of composing recommendations to the WRAP on the best methodology for estimating emissions and for air quality modeling of fugitive dust (both windblown and mechanically re-suspended). The R&D Forum is also seeking recommendations for research activities to generate better dust emissions estimate techniques and improved air quality modeling techniques.
