INTENT TO NEGOTIATE A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with the City of Seattle for the Pacific Marine Environmental Lab (PMEL). Purpose of contract is to enter into a partnership with the City of Seattle and other public organizations in order to implement a fiber optic network infracture in and around the City of Seattle. The City of Seattle will act as the lead agency in implementing the fiber optic network, all participating agencies will pay a fair share to the City of Seattle for its portion of the fiber optic network. This is a sole source action advertised to meet requirements of FAR part 5. No other source is capable of providing this service due to interagency nature of this action.
