The period of performance is date of award through one (1) year with three (3) options years if exercised. Delivery is required Five (5) days after award of contract. The Contractor shall haul any waste approximately one time per week not to exceed 3 hauls per week. Continuous disposal of accumulated waste is required during the manufacturing of UNICOR products (i.e. Scrapbag Disposal). Each dumpster will hold approximately 10 tons. The successful contractor is to furnish one 30 yard open top dumpster when making a haul for the filled one. FOB Destination: FCI Ft. Dix, NJ. The award will result in the Best Value to the Government. The Evaluation Factors are: Price, Past Performance, and Specifications.
