Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with those specification, schedules and drawings forming parts thereof, to remove electrical devices and light fixtures, fur out columns, patch and paint walls, patch floor, install cove base, install new electrical devices and panelboard. Minor mechanical work will be required. The work shall be performed by an electrical contractor (SIC Code 1731, size standard $7.0 Million) who has several years experience in renovation of general office areas. All work is to be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable NIMA, EPA, and OSHA requirements. The performance period for this project is 42 days. The approximate cost of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used and 100% of this project is set-aside for small business. The work is located at the National Imagery and Mapping Agency facilities at 3200 South Second Street, which is east of Broadway and south of Arsenal Street in the south city of St. Louis.
