Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and all other necessary items required to survey the underground water distribution system and sanitary sewer system at ISC San Pedro. The work includes but is not limited to provide a comprehensive survey of the existing water distribution system to include identification and location of all lines, valves, and components; preparation of an accurate base water map, and recommendations for improving system distribution, control, and reliability. Provide a comprehensive survey of the existing sanitary sewer system to include identification and location of all lines, cleanouts, check valves, and other components, a closed-circuit television survey of all clay pipes as indicated, preparation of an accurate base sewer map, and recommendations for improving system distribution, control and reliability. Plans and specifications may be purchased on a first come, first served basis at the rate of $15.00 per set. Requests will be accepted by mail only and must include payment in the applicable amount by Cashier's Check, Money Order or Company Check made payable to the U.S. Coast Guard. Small Business Size Standard is $7.0 Million. This is an unrestricted acquisition, and all responsible sources are encouraged to respond.
