Notice of intent by the Government to place an order with Fuller Metals Processing, 3049 Mustang Dr., #1015, Grapevine, TX 76051. Two (2) each Triple Ejection Rack Trailer. P/N FMP-9ATLR. The -9ATLR is a rubber tired trailer designed to hold 16 of the TER-9/A Triple Ejection Racks described in T.O. 1F-16C-33-1-2, page 1-120, fig. 1-83. The -9ATLR serves a dual role of a transport and a storage unit. It incorporates a snubber locking system to secure the TER's for shipment as a rolling stock item. It must have heavy duty running gear and rear parking brakes. One (1) each Rattler Rack, P/N FMP-259MSR. The-259MSR is a weapons mobility rack designed to meet the unique mobility requirement of a small deployment of aircraft. The -259MSR will hold the following: 8 ea large weapons pylons, 8 ea type -129 missile launcher with baby pylons attached, 8 ea Triple Ejection Racks (TER). The -259MSR is capable of handling all of the above units on one rack. The loaded rack can be mobilized on an aircraft pallet in a matter of minutes. Storage areas are provided for the casters when the rack is configured for mobility. Three (3) each Triple Ejection Rack, P/N FMP-9/ASR. Designed to work in conjunction with the -9ATLR as a stand alone unit with locking casters. Capable of holding 6 TER's for inspection or maintenance. Two (2) each Weapons Pylon Rack, P/N FMP-255WP. Designed for storage and/or moving 12 of the Weapons Suspension Pylons as described in T.O. 1F-16C-33-1-2, page 1-111, fig. 1-76. The unit will be constructed of 3 layers secured with quick release pins. Each layer to hold 4 pylons. The rack will be complete with heavy duty casters and towbar for moving while fully loaded. Racks are designed to be secured to an aircraft pallet which allows for greater flexibility in mobility. Storage areas are provided for the casters when the rack is configured for mobility. The proposed acquisition is under $100 K and any order issued will be made under simplified Acquisition Procedures. This proposed acquisition is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3715 with a size standard of 500 employees or less. All responsible small business concerns may submit a quotation which will be considered. Any potential source that feels they can meet stated requirements must notify this office in writing to the address shown above.
