59 -- ADDITIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR AN/WLY-1 SYSTEMS SOL N00024-92-C-6225 POC A.R. Ketchum, Contracting Officer, SEA 02612, (703) 602-7707 The Naval Sea Systems Command requires an additional 200 Man Days of Engineering Services and associated support under Contract N00024-92-C-6225 with Northrop Grumman Corporation, Norden Systems, 75 Maxess Road, Melville, NY 11747 under the authority of U.S.C. 2304(c) (1). The additional engineering services are required in support of TECHEVAL and OPEVAL. Northrop Grumman Norden Systems, Inc., is the sole development contractor for the AN/WLY-1. Northrop Grumman Corporation, Norden Systems, is the only company which possesses the knowledge, tooling, and equipment necessary to perform the tasks described herein in the timeframe required. No other supplies or services will satisfy the Navy's requirements. No other source has the technical qualifications and the necessary resources to perform the work described herein.
