This acquisition is a result of an agreement with the City of Coralville, IA and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers under the Planning Assistance to States Study and calls for the solicited company to provide comprehensive engineering, planning and design services to complete a land use plan. Due to their 10 year working relationship with the City, Howard R. Green Company has developed extensive professional knowledge of the proposed study area. Their in-depth knowledge of the environmental issues, local community concerns and political sensitvity will result in a reduction of time and cost needed to complete the land use plan and will generate substantial savings to both the Government and the City of Coralville.
