Kirkpatrick, Contracting Officer, 202/307-3070 Concerns having the ability for providing a Comprehensive Sanction Center facility for male and female Federal offenders. Those interested shall give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the Contracting Officer listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability and treatment, to include furnishing subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons Statement of Work. Line Item #1 -- the location of the facility shall be in the St. Louis, Missouri metro area (Eastern Missouri) for male offenders. Estimated number of male inmates days are 52,560 for the base period, 26,280 male inmate days for option years one, two and three. Line Item #2 -- the location of the facility shall be in the Southern Illinois area for female offenders. Estimated number of female inmate days are 8,760 for the base period, 4,380 female inmate days for option years one, two and three. Estimated issue date is on or about March 21, 2000. Estimated closing April 21, 2000. Contract base period is two years with three one year options, to renew. A firm-fixed price requirements type contract is anticipated.
