The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is seeking a contractor to provide staff and services for the SEC's fitness Center. The Center will be federally-managed with the assistance of the Contractor. The Fitness Center will be opened from 7:00am to 8:00pm, Monday through Friday, (excluding federal holidays), and is located at the Judiciary Plaza Building, 450 5th Street, N.W, Washington, D.C. The Contractor shall provide comprehensive professional liability insurance coverage for all contractor staff assigned to the Center. The contractor shall provide individualized exercise programs utilizing specialized exercise equipment, assist with orientation sessions on the equipment and use of the facility, assess body compositions, conduct group exercise classes (as specified), and assist/present/ body compositions, conduct group exercise classes (as specified), and assist/present and communicate health and wellness programs. Other requirements of the contractor staff will be to assist in the administrative duties involved in a fitness center environment, which include but are not limited to providing preventive maintenance and cleaning the exercise equipment located in the center.
