The contractor shall provide the management, supervision, labor, material, supplies and equipment (except as otherwise provided), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective completion of all services described herein. The Contractor shall be fully responsible for providing customer service, custodial cleaning, and quality control. The contractor will determine how often work is to be performed, how much labor is needed to perform the tasks, what methods will be used to complete the job and which supplies, materials, and equipment are needed. These performance-based specifications express the Government's best gauge of the minimum quality standards to be met. The results of the work performed under this contract will conform to the Custodial Work Quality Requirements and the Government expects that upon daily or less frequent inspections that these minimum standards will be met or exceeded. This contract is for a period of one year with the Government having the unilateral option to extend services for four (4) consecutive additional periods of one year each.
