The Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG) Office of Contracts (CON) has a requirement for janitorial/custodial maintenance services at its Government-owned facilities located at the BBG Transmitting Station, Sites A and B, in the vicinity of Greenville, North Carolina. The Contractor shall also provide daily cleaning services (Monday through Friday), and special cleaning services, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or as requested or directed by the Authorized Representative of the Contracting Officer (AR/CO). Delivery Terms: Base year will be from date of award through September 30, 2000 with four consecutive one-year renewal options beginning on October 1, of each of the following years.
