The Contractor shall design and conduct courses in basic trial advocacy, advanced trial advocacy, depositions, advanced depositions, and federal practices and procedures for both new and experienced attorneys. Courses shall cover skills necessary for trial, especially as they relate to the consumer protection and antitrust mission of the FTC.
