This is a modification to the 17 Nov 99 synopses for solicitation F39601-00-R0121 The resulting contract from this solicitation will be an IDIQ with one base year and four option years, for the repair of roofs at Ellsworth AFB, SD and Ellsworth AFB controlled sites. The type of roofs to be repaired this contract are steel (SSMR), single ply (EPDM) and built-up roofs (BURS). A single award will be made on a past performance, where past performance is considered more important than cost. This action is open to both large and small business. This is an internet only solicitation. Documents will not be available via other means. The standard industrial code (SIC) is 1761. The size standard is $7,000,000.00. The magnitude for all five years is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000,00, with a minimum of $200,000.00 delivery order guaranteed for the base year.
