PRESOLICITATION NOTICE- The contractor is to provide all labor, approved materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to construct, repair, or replace various types of concrete. The work includes removing existing concrete materials, excavation, formwork, placement of reinforcement, concrete and finishing, to streets, roads, parking lots, sidewalks, driveways, runways, taxiways, and parking aprons, and incidental related work. Contract minimum is $5,000.00 with an estimated range of more than $10,000,000.00. Contract term is for a base with four options, and a provision for the option to extend services. This requirement is being solicited as unrestricted and there will be no provisions for small disadvantaged preference. Award of this contract is under FAR 52.216-27, SINGLE OR MULTIPLE AWARDS (OCT 1995), which means that the Government may elect to award a single contract or multiple contracts. Large business concerns are required to submit a subcontracting plan with their bid.
