Provide all labor, material, and equipment required to replace four (4) air handlers (AHU 1, 4, 5, and 6) that are located on the roof of the VIB Annex. Two (2) rooftop type units (AHU 4&5) are 11 ton each and two (2) outdoor type units (AHU 1&6) are 29 ton each. Replace ductwork located on the roof for AHU 1 & 6. Ductwork shall be double wall insulated type. Replace chilled water piping from gate values to each air handler. Provide and field install DDC system and tie into existing DDC control. Disconnect power and control devices and connect the 4 new air handlers and control devices to existing electrical system. Period of performance is 175 calendar days after Notice to Proceed is issued. Solicitation issue date of 22 Feb 00 and offeror received date of 22 Mar 00 are tentative. The applicable SIC Code and size standard for this acquisition are 1711/$7.0M. The estimated range of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The solicitation is unrestricted.
