Work will consist of construction of a fish ladder and fish holding facilities at Nursery Bridge Dam and removal of concrete debris from the previously breached Marie Dorian Dam. Both sites are located on the Walla Walla River at Milton-Freewater, Oregon. The work will include the following: (1) Demolition of concrete and other miscellaneous items (2) Excavation and removal of 1600 CY of cobbles and debris from the stilling basin (3) Site and structural earthwork; 5600CY excavation and 2600 CY backfill (4) Cast-in-place reinforced concrete placement, 2000 CY (5) Metalwork; grating 19,000 lb, structural steel and miscellaneous metal 11,000 lb (6) Mechanical items: pumps, piping, valves, slide gates, and appurtenances (7) Fish holding pond crowder (8) Screen cleaning systems (9) Electrical power and control systems and site lighting required.
