The requirement includes performance of quarterly preventive maintenance inspections, service calls, and emergency service calls of hangar doors on Elmendorf AFB, AK. The SIC Code is 7699. This Request for Proposal (RFP) shall be issued as a competitive 100% Small Business set-aside. Duration of the contract will be one (1) basic and four (4) option years. The government intends to award a Time and Materials contract. Award of a contract will be made to the responsive, responsible offeror whose proposal offers the best value to the government. The RFP was issued on 14 January 2000 and will close on or about 14 February 2000.
