The United States Corps of Cadets, West Point, NY is issuing a small business set aside for cloth, viscose rayon twill. Cloth must be in accordance with MIL-C-368J dated 4 May 1989 Class 1 and Deviations dated May 1997. Quantity and colors are 8000 yards of blue/grey, 600 yards of black, and 600 yards of white. Request for quotations shall be issued on or about February 7, 2000. There will be a requirement for First Article Testing for the blue/grey cloth. First Article will be required within 45 days after award. Delivery of production quantity will be 60 days after approval of First Article. Delivery of black and white cloth will be within 60 days after award. The applicable SIC code is 2221 with a size standard of 500 employees.
