The modification is an extension of the work currently being performed. The work consists of broadening the application of contractor developed risk-based application techniques to 5 trial states. CYCLA Corporation is uniquely qualified to take on this additional work as it developed the original risk-based application process and has provided training and support to several hundred planners and resolved issues that arose during the application of the process.
