This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the purchase of Corrosion Control and repainting of 19 vehicles from Scott AFB, IL, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation, F11623-00-T0345, is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation package includes the statement of work, provisions/clauses and wage determination. The solicitation can be viewed at http://www.eps.gov. It is the contractor_s responsibility to be familiar with all-applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition is 100% Small Business set aside. The Government will award a Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror that is most advantageous to the government. The following factors will be evaluated: technical capability, price, past performance, location, delivery schedule, compliance with the requirements of this solicitation and all the referenced clauses, with price being the most significant factor. The solicitation and required provisions and clauses can be downloaded at www.eps.gov. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 7532 and the Small Business Size Standard is $5,000,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
