The booths were purchased from the GSA Schedule against contract number GS-07F-0210J. The Schedule does not provide for installation of the booths. SAIC, as the supplier of the booths and the VACIS-II equipment, has an exclusive service warranty that would be jeopardized if another vendor were allowed to install the SAIC equipment into the booths and the booths on the site. Use of a third party vendor to perform installation services would require USCS to negotiate the release of SAIC proprietary data, resulting in additional costs to the Government. The requirement will be processed under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source. The intended source is SAIC, 16701 West Bernardo Drive, San Diego, CA 92127.
