This is for a Firm Fixed Price Requirements Non-Personal Service Contract. This contract is a total small business set-aside. The Federal Prison Camp in Alderson, West Virginia seeks a qualified organization or individual to provide the services of a Master licensed Cosmetology Instructor for the female inmates at FPC Alderson. The contractor will be required to provide four (4) sessions per week. Each session will be seven and a half (7.5) hours in duration for a maximum of 30 hours per week. The contract will run from date of award through September 30, 2000, with the Governments unilateral right to exercise one (1) Option Year (12 month time period). The contractor is required to hold a Masters Instructors License with the State of West Virginia. The instructor will train cosmetology students in skills to include procedures, criteria and curricula for examination and license of cosmetologist. These skills will include the minimum curriculum for a cosmetologist's license from the State of West Virginia upon successful completion and request for license. The estimated availability of the solicitation will be February 23, 2000, with an estimated award date of May 1, 2000.
