This is a market survey to identify qualified potential energy service providers. Fort Huachuca, Arizona is seeking qualified energy service providers to acquire and deliver electric power to the Fort. The contractor will be required to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and ancillary services required to deliver the electric power. The contractor must hold Certificate of Convenience and Necessity (CC&N) in Arizona. CC&N's must be obtained from the Arizona Corporate Commission. The Fort's annual power comsumption is approximately 97 million kilowatt-hours. The annual peak load is 16.5 megawatt and is normally experienced in July or August. The monthly load factor averages 75%. All firms capable of providing the required services are requested to respond to this market survey no later than 2:00 MST, 29 Feb 00 with the following information: Evidence of a least on year's experience providing supply and tranmission of electric power to wholesale or retail customers, evidence of a FERC license, a description of all purchases and sales for the most recent two quarters to include delivery/receipt points, quantities, price, and a list of their largest ten retail customers.
