Government-owned Diesel Fuel (DL-2)in the area of Oklahoma. Tankage
required is 180,000 gallons (4,285 Barrels). Stocks are anticipated to
remain static. Locations smaller than 30,000 gallons (714 Barrels)per
site are not aceptable. Areas in Oklahoma where storage is required
are outlined as follows: Clinton in the Northwest to El Reno in the
Northeast and Snyder (intersection highways 62 and 183) in the
Southwest to Duncan in the Southeast excluding the city of Lawton.
Shawnee in the Northwest to Sallisaw in the Northeast and Ardmore in
the Southwest to Broken Bow in the Southeast excluding the city of
McAlester. Shipping/Receiving capability via Government-furnished tank
truck; 5 days per week -- 8 hours per day. The tank(s) and facilities
will consist of a dedicated or co-mingled facility. An isolated system
in lieu of the preferred dedicated system is acceptable providing
certain requirements are met.Pumping capability and flow rate must be
compatible with tank truck receiving and shipping requirements for both
Government-furnished commercial tank trucks and Government-owned tank
trucks. Must be capable or of laoding first truck within 3 hours of
