Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, supplies and supervision necessary to complete JFSD 969914A/B/C, Construct Community Dormitory Area in strict accordance with the Technical Provisions and drawings for this project. The contract is construct new pond, pavement, walkways and site electrical work, provide landscaping to include trees, shrubs, fine grating and sod, and repair/replacement of existing pavement, parking lots and associated drainage systems and utilities in the Dormitory Community Area. The period of performance is 120 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This action is being issued unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. All contractors MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database or their proposal will not be considered.
