Background "07 Feb 2000 -- SYNOPSIS: Project Number 97-5003 SCOPE: Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, material, appliances, and devices, and perform all operations necessary or required to relocate FamCamp, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH in accordance with plans and specifications for Project 97-5003. Work includes but is not limited to site work (excavation, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, landscaping) concrete, masonry, carpentry, mechanical, and electrical. Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. Mr. Stephen J. Plaisted has been appointed as Ombudsman to hear concerns from offerors, or potential offerors, during the proposal development. The purpose of the Ombudsman is to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel.
