Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to GEC Marconi of Austin Texas for the procurement of change kits to retrofit the AN/AAR-51 Series NAVFLIR's and NAVFLIR components. This requirement also includes the associated equipment and services. GEC Marconi is the sole developer and manufacturer of the AN/AAR-51 and the 51A NAVFLIR.
