20 -- SPOTLIGHT/BATTLE LANTERN FOR ADVANCED AMPHIBIOUS ASSAULT VEHICLE (AAAV) POC Contact Bill Bowman, (703) 492-3454/Contracting Officer, John Martin, (703) 492-3329 The U.S. Marine Corps Direct Reporting Program Manager for Advanced Amphibious Assault (DRPM-AAA) is requesting information from potential suppliers of a spotlight/battle lantern. The intended use of the spotlight is for providing general illumination when installed on the Advanced Amphibious Assault Vehicle and for auxiliary illumination when driving. The battle lantern (flashlight) is primarily for use inside the vehicle. The performance specification is available on the DRPM AAA web page at www.aaav.usmc.mil under the Logistics section. The specification describes the general physical, material and environmental requirements for the spotlight/battle lantern. Interested parties should review the specification and provide (a) information regarding the existence of a Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) product that meets the performance requirements or (b) interest in fabricating a product to meet the requirements.
