The VA Network Business Center, Long Beach, California intends to award a firm fixed price contract. The proposed contract is 100% Set Aside for small business concerns. The Request for Proposal # RFQ 600-026-00-99BV entitled Light Fixtures Recessed Trim and mounted direct/indirect is hereby issued for Commercial items and is prepared in accordance with the format Subpart 12.6 as supplemented by additional information included in this notice and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 97-14. (d) OPTIC: PA 2 -- clear prismatic acrylic lens (0.125"), (e) LAMP: FT36DL/841 (f) BALLAST: MAG-B340R277V, Also, the contractor shall provide brand name for three hundred (300) each, Fixtures shall be specification grade custom 4 lamp 4 foot direct/indirect wall mounted fixtures manufactured by Los Angeles Lighting Manufacturing Model 4-4R-PA-2E81-120, with the following features, (a). TYPE: 4 Lamp' Direct / Indirect Wall mount fixtures w/two lamps up and two lamps down. Fixtures shall contain one 4- Way pull cord switch (All on/ Up-light / Down light / off), (b) CONSTRUCTION: 20GA die formed cold rolled steel weld housing. (c) FINISH: High reflectance baked white power coasted finish, painted after fabrication. (d) OPTIC: Frameless lay-in w/2 rear mounted retaining wires (bottom), Frameless lay-in with center mounted retainer clip (top), all clear prismatic acrylic lens, PA2 (O.125") (e) LAMP: 32W T8 Fluorescent (f).
