Authority for sole-source procurement is 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1. this is a synopsis of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Cavalier Communication and no solicitation shall be isued. Offerors agree to hold their prices firm for 60 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers. The solicitation number is NMA100-00-Q0001 and is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ).
