Investigate technologies and produce prototypes of RF and lightwave emitters and reflectors resulting in a report of specifications and capabilities to be developed in follow-on phases. Emphasis will be upon emission fidelity, miniaturization, automation running predefined scripts, remote control and real-time status reporting, and the capability to operate unmanned. The system must be integrated to provide both the lightwave and RF signatures consistent with specific threat systems. Completion is required on or before 1 Nov 00.
