The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWARSYSCOM), Advanced Concepts and Technology (PD-13), intends to contract on a sole-source basis with MATHTECH, Inc. for OPNAV Fiscal Database/Analyses Maintenance. MATHTECH will provide analysis of Navy warfighting and support requirements, capabilities, and vulnerabilities in order to recommend the best mix of capabilities in support of N81. This includes Econometric Analysis (e.g. CAPRAD and IPAS), Readiness Analysis (e.g. predictions of MC/FMC), Manpower and Personnel Analysis, Infrastructure Assessment Support, and Sustainment Capability Analysis. This is work currently being performed by MATHTECH under contract N00039-94-C-0048. This proposed acquisition will be a one-year bridge, until a competitive follow-on can be awarded.
