Duration: Approximately 6/1/00 through 11/1/00; The Operational Test Command's Air Defense Artillery Test Directorate at Fort Bliss, TX requires software and hardware enhancements to its Video and Telemetry and Recording System (VTRS) developed and delivered by AP Labs, San Diego, CA. The enhancements shall allow the VTRS to acquire, process, record and transmit via fiber optics all the digital telemetry, audio and video data from two ten-player Base Units of the VTRS to the HP 170 Mainframe computer. The data received at the HP 170 shall be stored on a contractor provided Network Archive/Retrieval System (NARS). The NARS shall accept continuous data from the Base Units via an ATM or Ethernet network. The data archived in the NARS shall be made available to a contractor provided Analyst Workstation System (AWS) for playback, analysis and reduction. Completion is required on or before 1 Nov 00.
