The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) intends to award a follow-on sole source purchase order utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures to the incumbent firm, SYNCROTECH Software Corporation, for 1016 hours of accounting technician services. The services will provide on-site technical support for input of Time and Attendance (T&A) and Employee Data Collection information to the Standard Labor Data Collection and Distribution Application and the Defense Civilian Payroll System. The period of performance for this order will be 3 months (1 April 2000 through 30 June 2000) with one option period (1 July 2000 through 30 September 2000), during which time we will investigate the feasibility of including this effort in a new competitive solicitation.
