The objective of this request for proposal is to award a contract to maintain a data acquisition system and provide technical labor in support of the Chemical Agent Munitions Disposal System (CAMDS) near Stockton, Utah. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and facilities to perform the following duties: Data Acquisition -- data collection; computer input; data reduction; data retrieval; and data storage in hard copy, computerized, and microfiche forms. Technical Support -- support of statistical analysis, environmental regulatory compliance, computer automation, LAN/network Administration, plant calibration, technical writing, contractor escorting, and other technical support areas as needed. A technical proposal will be required from all offerors. Evaluation criteria will be set forth in the solicitation. It is anticipated that a time and materials, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with a ceiling of $17,500,000 will be awarded. Period ofperformance will be one year with options for four additional years. Required delivery will be stated on individual task orders.
