Government per diem rate required. One large conference room or ballroom set up classroom style with a seating capacity of 325 personnel. Registration area. Five (5) breakout rooms capable of holding 50-100 people each, auditorium style. Substantial audio-visual support for ballrooms and breakout rooms. (Podium Microphones, Compact Disc/Cassette Player, Sound System/Mixer/Forum, LCD Wireless Lavalier Microphone, Wireless Mouse, Wireless Hand Held Microphone.
